Stills From Italy: Spring 2026
Spring 2026 brought one of the most unforgettable adventures of my life: Italy.
We saw so many incredible places, experienced the culture, and made memories that I know I’ll carry with me for years to come. Of course, some of my favourite moments weren’t necessarily the big, picture perfect ones.
They were the little things.
Wandering into local supermarkets and filling our bags with foreign snacks we had never seen before. Taking the bus through the city alongside locals and getting a small glimpse into everyday Italian life. Hauling our luggage down cobblestone streets, wondering why we had packed quite so much, only to stop for gelato beside the Colosseum and realize it was completely worth it.
And then there were the feet.
After walking 20,000 plus steps a day, my feet were definitely ready for a vacation of their own.
But somehow, even the sore feet became part of the memory.
Italy was more than just beautiful buildings, incredible food, and breathtaking views. It was the feeling of being somewhere completely different, slowing down, taking everything in, and appreciating the little moments along the way.
Looking back at these stills, I’m reminded just how special that trip was. I went to Italy hoping to experience a new place and came home feeling like I had left a little piece of myself behind in Europe.
